Annotated Review – Design-Based Learning
I have had a lot of fun researching this topic and I am looking forward to compiling everything into one final report. What I find most intriguing is the fact that so many others have already researched the same topic as I. I honestly did not realize how popular design-based learning is, especially in countries outside of the United States. As much as I would love to be a trailblazer, I am excited that others have paved the way and I can see how it has been done. My passion is for the educational system to embrace a more design thinking approach to learning so that students can begin to think beyond themselves and become more empathic. I plan to use these resources as support to my research by giving a new understanding of what has already been investigated and to evaluate and find new ways to interpret the sources. Please see my annotated review listed below. Thank you.
My action research question - “How can design thinking influence CTE business students to be more emphatic?"
